Tours

GUARANT International has been appointed as the official sightseeing tours agent for the EUROGIN 2012 Congress and will handle all related arrangements.

A wide range of guided tours to discover Prague and its surroundings is offered to congress delegates (during the pre- and post-congress period) and to accompanying persons during the congress.

Terms and Conditions

Congress Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the tour for which a minimum number of participants have not registered. In this case another tour will be offered or a refund will be made after congress.

The price includes pick-up service (drop off – in case of minimum participants for a bus), English speaking guide, entrance fees and truly enjoyable experience on these trips.

Meeting point will be at Prague Congress Centre, Entrance no. 10. Please be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the departure time in schedule.

How to Register for Tours

To make a tour reservation, it is necessary to fill in this Online Tour Form

Please note that the on-line Tour Form is only accessible with a password. Simply fill in the Personal Data Form and a password will be sent to you, via e-mail. Your password is the same for both online forms. This password enables you to enter the online system repeatedly. All services can be paid online after reservation process is completed.

There will also be possibility to purchase Tour tickets on-site, the offer will be subject of availability.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Please inform Congress Secretariat about any amendments or cancellations in writing by e-mail (eurogin2012@guarant.cz) or fax (+420 284 001 448). Telephone amendments will not be accepted.

Date of delivery of your written cancellation to the Congress Secretariat will be considered as the date of cancellation.

The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a tour reservation:

Methods of payment

Tours must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Credit Card

For payments through the Online Payment System only MasterCard/Euro­card, Visa and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR.

For payments using American Express credit cards please complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and kindly send it signed by a card holder to the Congress Secretariat by fax (+420 284 001 448), not via e-mail for security reasons. The payment will be charged in Czech crowns (CZK) at the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank valid on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 24.799 CZK (April 2012).

Credit Card Payment Authorization Form can be also used for MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa (will be charged in EUR) and Diners Club (will be charged in CZK).

Bank Transfer

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by June 10, 2012. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted (either by using the Online Payment System or by submitting the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form).

*The participant's name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified.

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.
